Plugins info

Info and links for the plugins used on this site.  This post is likely to be a bit of a mess since it is really just going to be notes and links for me.  At some point I may have to make it private, but for now everyone can see it.  This info is also not going to be up to date and some of the plugins that are not active is because of a compatibility issue with another one and they get temporarily activated to do a function and then turned back off.  One of these is the security checking plugin.  Also I do not use all of the active plugins but want to test them or just see what they do for other sites I work with.
